For sellers

From a private conversation to a completed sale.

Seven steps, each of which protects your privacy and your time. The consultation is free and carries no obligation; the fee — five per cent — is due only upon completion.

  1. No obligation

    Free valuation consultation

We start with a private, no-obligation chat about your business and what it could realistically sell for. Come with rough numbers and, ideally, recent financial statements — the clearer the picture, the more useful the guidance.

  2. Success fee only

    Agree terms and appoint us

If your price expectations are realistic, we take it on. We work on a success-fee basis — five per cent, paid when your business sells — and sign a simple engagement agreement. It includes a 12-month exclusivity so we can commit fully to finding you the right buyer.

  3. Deep-dive into your business

We meet in person to really understand how the business runs day to day — the numbers behind the numbers, the risks, and the strengths — and shape the story that will make the right buyer want it.

  4. Nothing goes public without your sign-off

    Prepare teaser, CIM and listings

We prepare an anonymised teaser, a full Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), and any listings. You approve everything before it goes anywhere — your name and details stay private until you decide otherwise.

  5. Reach buyers and vet interest

We approach our own list of qualified buyers, handle inbound interest, check that buyers are serious and funded, and manage the questions and early negotiations on your behalf.

  6. Review a shortlist of serious buyers

We bring you a shortlist of vetted, funded buyers rather than a stream of tyre-kickers, so you spend time only with people who can actually complete.

  7. Meetings, offers and completion

Shortlisted buyers meet you, then submit an Indication or Letter of Intent (IOI / LOI). We support due diligence, negotiate the final terms, and guide the deal through signing and a smooth handover.

Questions owners ask

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

How much do you charge to sell my business?

We work on a success-fee basis of five per cent, which means we are paid when your business actually sells. There is no upfront cost to list with us — our incentive is aligned with getting you a completed deal at a good price.

Why do you need 12-month exclusivity?

Preparing a business properly, finding the right buyer and guiding a deal to completion takes months of work before any fee is earned. A 12-month exclusive mandate lets us commit fully to your sale rather than competing with other brokers on the same listing.

Will my staff, customers and competitors find out I am selling?

Not from us. Everything public is anonymised, and nothing — teaser, CIM or listing — goes out without your approval. Detailed information is only released to vetted buyers after they sign an NDA.

What do I need for the first consultation?

Just a rough idea of your revenue and profit, why you are thinking of selling, and your timing. Recent financial statements help us give you a more accurate view of what the business could sell for, but they are not required to start the conversation.

Begin with rough profit, your role, and timing. That is enough.
