For buyers

Acquire a Singapore business, properly prepared.

Buyers pay no fee. Register your interest, tell us your criteria, and receive anonymised teasers for mandates that fit — sometimes before they are publicly listed.

  1. Register your interest

Reach out about a specific listing, or tell us you are looking for Singapore SMEs in general. Either way, the first step is simply letting us know you are in the market.

  2. So we can match you well

Tell us what you are looking for

Share your budget and deal size, how you would fund a purchase, the industries you are drawn to, and your operating or acquisition experience. The more we understand, the better we can point you to opportunities that actually fit.

  3. Receive tailored teasers

We send anonymised teasers for deals that match your criteria, plus the occasional opportunity we think is worth a look — sometimes before it is publicly listed.

  4. NDA + proof of funds

Sign an NDA and receive the CIM

When a teaser interests you, we sign an NDA and share the full Confidential Information Memorandum. Pre-qualified buyers with proof of funds receive it directly; otherwise we ask for proof of funds — typically around 30% of the asking price — before releasing sensitive details.

  5. Management meeting and offer

If the CIM stacks up, we arrange a meeting with the owner so you can see the operation and ask questions. When you are ready, you submit an Indication or Letter of Intent (IOI / LOI).

  6. Due diligence

With an accepted LOI, you verify the financials, contracts and operations. We and the seller support the process and keep it moving so momentum is not lost.

  7. Closing and handover

Agree the final terms, sign the sale-and-purchase agreement, complete the transfer, and follow the handover plan so the business keeps running from day one.

Questions buyers ask

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

Do buyers pay a fee?

No. Our fee is paid by the seller on a success basis. There is no charge to you for receiving teasers, signing an NDA, or being introduced to a business.

How much proof of funds do you need?

It depends on the deal. Pre-qualified buyers who already have proof of funds can receive a CIM directly. Otherwise we typically ask for proof of funds of around 30% of the asking price before we release confidential information, so both sides know the conversation is serious.

I do not have a specific deal in mind — can I still register?

Yes. Many buyers come to us looking broadly for Singapore SMEs. Tell us your budget, preferred industries and how you would fund a purchase, and we will send teasers as suitable opportunities come up.

How confidential is the process?

Very. Teasers are anonymised, and detailed financials and the seller's identity are only shared after an NDA is in place. We ask buyers to treat everything we share as strictly confidential.
